Nothing is stored. There is no company behind the page and no record of the run.

One date, one button

There is nothing to set up and nothing to learn. The simulator reads the orders that are already in your system, and plays each day in turn:

  1. Goods arrive on the delivery date of each purchase order.
  2. An order ships if the goods are on the shelf, and waits if they are not.
  3. An order that waits raises a purchase order for what is missing.
  4. Money leaves on your supplier terms and arrives on your customer terms.
  5. Staff are paid on the day of the month your company pays them.
  6. The run ends with a cash flow and a profit and loss, by day and by month.

What makes the answer worth reading

One company, not a spread

There is no randomness in the run, so there are no bands and no percentiles to read. Each figure is what happens if the orders you have keep the dates they carry.

Every figure comes from a document

A delivery date, a payment term, a price, a quantity, a pay day. Nothing is kept in the simulator: change the order and run it again.

The same answer twice

The same orders over the same dates give the same figures, so a number you show to your bank or your partner can be produced again.

Inside an account the simulator reads your own purchase orders, sales orders, staff and stock. The free plan projects 90 days ahead, and a paid plan goes to two years.

Nothing is stored

This page runs a sample wholesaler. It keeps no company, writes no row and holds no result after you close the tab. That is not a promise about a retention policy; there is simply nothing to retain.
