Edit item description and prices.


You've already added several items to inventory system and probably you want to check on hand quantity of your goods.You should select the tab Lists and the line Items. The Item list consists the column On Hand where you will see current quantity in stock.

The physical quantity of goods in stock

The cost at which items valued

The proper billing of shipped goods.

Edit Item information


If you'll want to correct any item description or price you can select needed row and click the toolbar button Edit. The program will open the Item Edit form. You can change any fileds and then click the button Save and Close. You can change any information at the Item Edit form except the on hand quantity because as we remember
QOH=RECEIVED - SHIPPED
You have to use Item receipts and invoices for changing on hand quantity.
